Tipptex non woven geotextile

Tipptex^® N non woven geotextile products are made of 100% polypropylene raw material which is needle punched/ thermally bonded to form a wide product range with densities between 100 and 1200 g/m2 and tensile strength values between 5-60 kN/m. These products combine high water permeability with excellent solid material separation capabilities. Due to the outstanding mechanical properties of the material the product is ideal for many applications from hydraulic constructions, through road and railway construction works and landfill sites, to a wide range of applications within the civil engineering and building sectors.

The Tipptex^® BS non woven geotextile products are made of 100% polypropylene raw material, with stitched fiber structure, with available area densities between 85 and 370 g/m2 and tensile strength values between 4-30 kN/m. Tipptex^® BS geotextile provides better mechanical properties with less area density values compared to the Tipptex^® B/N types due to the new production technology. It primary suits those application scenarios, where the excellent mechanical properties of the geotextiles is a requirement.

The PAVEMAT^® non woven, tension relieving geotextiles are made of 100 % polypropylene with stitched fiber structure and due to their special design the product can be build into asphalt structures. The polypropylene fibers give the product the needed three dimensional, porous structure with the desired width, which helps the easy absorption of bitumen emulsion layer. The PAVEMAT^® used with sufficient bonding bitumen material retains the reflective cracks and forms a moisture-repellent layer.
